This document is a transcript of a 1-minute, 42-second video recording contained in this collection under the title LLE-UAP-PR004, captured by a law enforcement officer in Colorado in January 2024. AARO removed the audio from the original recording to protect information whose release could reasonably be expected to affect the privacy or other protected interests of a U.S. person or commercial entity. (indistinct radio chatter) 300 feet up off the ground. 00:25: Speaker: I did check radar. There is no aircraft flying in the area (unintelligible due to radio crosstalk). 00:32: Speaker: This has been flying stationary for about 15 minutes. 00:53: (Sound of vehicle approaching.) 01:04: Speaker: Okay, the craft is flying closer to me now.
